Buffalo Chicken and Bean Chili

I couldn't wait to share this recipe.  In fact I made this for dinner tonight (technically last night since it's 12:18 a.m.).

Don't be mislead by the "Buffalo", it requires Frank's Red Hot Sauce.  But it's not a buffalo sauce.

Also, it uses ground chicken --which was only $2.99 a pound versus $3.99+ for ground beef.  I may have to use chicken more!
